Massage is my first calling to being a therapist, it is always close to my heart after being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome myself years ago.
I apply Swedish and deep Tissue to all of my massages, being an Aromatherapist adds to the massage to make it a healing and Holistic Therapy at the same time.
I am really passionate about getting to all of your aches and pains and will focus entirely where you need it most.
I do not follow a salon "routine" and specialise your massage to your individual needs.

Bad backs are on of the most ailments clinicians are seeing, more than ever. We hold a lot of stress and tension in our backs, especially shoulders or lower back. I use deep tissue techniques if needed or more gentle aromatherapy techniques if this is what your system requires. I always do a mini consultation and use my own blended Essential Oils to help, uplift, relax and de-stress.
Foot and Leg Massage

Using lymphatic drainage techniques, cellulite and swollen legs will see a visible improvement. Coupled with my detoxifying and circulatory Essential Oils, you will have the added benefit. Aching and tiredness will be relived and skin will appear less swollen and smoother.

A warming, deep tissue massage, using the hot stones as an extension of my hands.
I do not just place the stones on your body, my Small hot stones are placed in between toes, larger stones for feet and legs, tension reliving ones for the back and shoulder and smaller stones for the head neck and shoulder area. Includes a mini facial with hot facial stones relieving sinus problems.
A full body hot stones will leave you feeling grounded, rooted and completely warmed and relaxed with all the tension melting away.
HOT STONES - Back Massage

Hot stones are a deep tissue alternative to sports massage. They warm the muscles and go about 2cm deeper into the muscle than a normal massage. The stones glide over your knots and this is a very relaxing and grounding massage. I will also include head, neck, shoulder and face if this suits your individual needs.

Eases hamstrings, arthritic knees and circulatory problems.
The warming benefits help relive a lot of inflammation as well as tension and are excellent for the circulation. Feet are warmed with a hot cloth, with small hot stones placed in between your toes whilst the therapist massages your feet, knees, hips if necessary and backs of legs, thighs and calves.
